Searching Simplified: OPAC

In order to improve your search strategy these steps have been compiled to make sure as a user you never lag behind in finding your book in the library.

To search the library books section wise, a user can follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the “Browse” Option.
Step 2: Following screen would appear up after clicking on Browse.
Step 3: Select the type by which you want the search to find results you viz. Author, Title, Classified (By Call No.), Subject, Publisher and Place.
Step 4: Select the section you want to search in.

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are free online courses available for anyone to enroll. MOOCs provide an affordable and flexible way to learn new skills, advance your career and deliver quality educational experiences at scale.

What is Swayam?

SWAYAM is a programme initiated by Government of India. You can call SWAYAM as Indian originated MOOC.  Courses delivered through SWAYAM are available free of cost to the learners, however students wanting certifications shall be registered, shall be offered a certificate on successful completion of the course, with a little fee.

ACTION TAKEN REPORT ON HEAT WAVE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

Readers of the Divisional Library (S) were made aware about the heat precautionary measures to be taken on peak heat days in summer through public announcement system, posters and lecturers given by library officials on 11/05/2018.
